Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-09-24

These Terms govern the provision and use of ReplyRemind (the "Service"). By installing the Service into a Slack workspace, the workspace and its members agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

ReplyRemind detects @mentions in Slack that have not been replied to and sends a direct-message reminder to the person who was mentioned. The Service monitors only those channels the bot has been explicitly invited to.

2. Getting started and member enrolment

3. Fees and payment

4. Who may upgrade

Only a Slack workspace admin or owner may upgrade to the Pro plan. Because billing applies to the whole workspace, this prevents a member without authority from committing the workspace to a subscription.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

6. Changes, suspension and discontinuation

7. Disclaimer

ReplyRemind is a supplementary reminder tool. Delivery of reminders is not guaranteed — please do not rely on it alone to manage business-critical communication.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss.

9. Data and privacy

Information handling is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Service's website. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over any dispute arising between us and a user in connection with the Service.
