Questions, bug reports and feature requests about ReplyRemind are all welcome.

From inside the app

If you already have ReplyRemind installed, you can also use the "💬 Feedback" form at the bottom of your settings page. Choosing a category (bug report, feature request, other) attaches your workspace details automatically, which helps us diagnose faster.

What to include

• Your Slack workspace name
• What happened, and what you expected instead
• Roughly when it happened
• The channel involved, if you are comfortable sharing it

Common questions

Reminders are not arriving
Check that you have run /invite @ReplyRemind in the channel you want monitored — the app cannot see messages in channels it has not been invited to. Also check your notification hours and active weekdays: outside that window, reminders are held until the next time the window is open.

I want to stop receiving reminders
Click "🔕 Turn reminders off" at the top of your settings page, or on the app's Home tab in Slack. It takes effect immediately, and the same button turns them back on.

Please delete my data
Uninstalling the app from Slack stops all processing immediately. For permanent deletion of stored data, email us the workspace name at the address above.

Reporting a security issue

If you believe you have found a vulnerability, please contact us privately at the address above rather than disclosing it publicly. We will acknowledge your report within 2 business days and will not publish details until a fix is in place.
